Jodie Altwine
Growing up in the heart of the Midwest, I’ve always had a passion for helping people. As a real estate agent, I have found a way to combine that passion with my love for homes and small-town growth. I grew up on a farm near Creighton, and learned my strong work ethic from my parents, watching them raise hogs and cattle. I love bringing people to small communities to help them grow and enjoy keeping small towns thriving with businesses such as the Creighton Locker, and personally opening a hardware store in Plainview to create jobs and product availability.
As a lifelong resident of Nebraska, I have a deep understanding of the local real estate market. Whether you're buying or selling a home or business, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I take the time to listen to your needs and concerns, and I always work with your best interests in mind. From first-time home buyers to empty nesters, I approach every client and every property with the utmost care and attention to detail.
At the end of the day, my job is about building relationships. I'm proud to say that many of my clients have become lifelong friends. Being a real estate agent isn't just a job to me - it's a way of life." Jodie has been a licensed realtor since 2015 and serves all of Northeast Nebraska. Her commitment, integrity, and passion are what drives her to work hard for her clients. When she is not selling real estate, she enjoys spending time with family, remodeling homes and buildings, and passing along a strong work ethic. She has volunteered as a CCD teacher for the past 8 years for St Paul’s in Plainview and is a Member of the LB840 economic dev board in Plainview. Jodie is married to Luke Altwine and has three daughters, Jaylin, Rylee, and Madison.
